All Sales Final – No Returns
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at info@peptidepureresearch.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged or are not as described.

Peptide Pure Research Inc reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your purchases transaction without notice for product misuse, unauthorized usage, or any perceived illegal use.  In the event we decide to cancel your order we will notify you by email and/or phone and/or text and refund your money once we have secured the product.  Your bank may take several days to release funds to you.

We currently ship only within the continental United States via UPS.
