Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at info@peptidepureresearch.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged or are not as described.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the continental United States via UPS Ground.

  • Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST).
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the continental U.S.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Orders placed prior to Noon Eastern Monday through Friday typically ship same day via UPS Ground.  All products offered for sale are available and in stock.
